Bryan Bond

Account Executive

Bryan Bond originally hails from Lapeer, Michigan where he graduated from Lapeer West High School. He then went on to study business management at Ashland College before enlisting in the United States Marine Corp SEMPER FI OO-RAH! During Bryan’s six-year stint in the Marines, he completed correspondent classes on Business Management & Operations, thus proving those Marines jokes a lie.

After the Marines, Bryan joined the Heffner Specialty Food Company, where he was a merchandiser and counselor for three years. He then went to Robert D Arnold & Associates in Michigan where he worked as a sales counselor. In 1987, Bryan found his passion with the Nash Finch Company in Minneapolis, eventually becoming a Southeast Sales Manager. Bryan put in 41 years with Nash (and eventually, Spartan Nash), where he was consistently ranked a top salesperson. Bryan increased his territory sales +100% through excellent consumer relations, friendships, fresh ideas, and downright hard work- There’s nothing this guy doesn’t do and his customers have nothing but amazing things to say about him.

Luckily, Bryan left Nash in 2023 and found us at Koch & Associates- where we are thrilled to have him on the team. Bryan is a seasoned pro at working with stores to find solutions big and small, while working within budgets, increasing sales, and maintaining his stellar reputation. Bryan is a risk smart sales professional who knows how to improve and promote new products and increase sales wherever he goes- And he never forgets a face. Bryan has increased Koch vendor distribution all over Carolinas, Georgia, and Tennessee and has fixed issues great and small- making us better every single day.

When Bryan isn’t working stores and developing professional relationships, he’s found road tripping with his lovely wife and their dogs across the country- usually making a few retail stops along the way. Koch & Associates looks forward to a long partnership with Bryan and can’t wait to see what he comes up with next!
